Using finalexfil.com means you accept these terms. They are short because the site is simple.

1. Unofficial. Final Exfil is a fan-made site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Activision Publishing, Inc. or Infinity Ward. Call of Duty, Modern Warfare and DMZ are their trademarks.
2. Automated, so imperfect. Summaries, groupings, issue states and signal numbers are produced by software from public sources. They can be wrong, late or incomplete. Check the linked source before relying on anything.
3. Sources keep their rights. Posts shown from X belong to their authors and are displayed under X's terms. Patch-note lines are quoted from Activision's official pages for reference. Our own text and the site's design are © Final Exfil. Pages of the DMZ Codex are released under CC BY-SA 4.0, as stated in that repository.
4. Fair use of the service. Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, probe or attack it, or use it to redistribute X post content. Public data is available in the Codex repository for reuse under its licence.
5. The newsletter. You can subscribe with any address you control and leave with one click. We may stop sending to addresses that bounce or complain.
6. No warranty. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from anything it reports.
7. Changes. We may change the site or these terms at any time; the date above moves when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
