Lieutenants

From the 5 Oct guide's field report "The Forest Phantom" ^[1]: a Lieutenant who lives in overgrown farmland and deep forest, wears natural ghillie camouflage and the skull of a Korean water deer, and fights with an M4. Camouflaged escorts ambush from the brush, and he evades normal tracking; the squad in the story found him through his escorts' tracks in the high woodland above Hanrim Village after downloading his intel at the FOB. The report is short fiction in Activision's guide; the look, weapon and area come from it. Drops as for all Lieutenants.
