Exfil sites move every match and show as green smoke: call the Twin Heli and hold the spot until it lands, or leave by Fulton balloon or Flare (official guide, 5 Oct).
Exfil sites change from match to match and show as green smoke. Call in the Twin Heli, defend the spot against the rising enemy response until it lands, then board to finish [1]. Alternatives: a Fulton balloon (probably the skyhooks of the June intel [2]) or a Flare. Risk: other squads use exfil sites for ambushes, and exfil flares are loud and seen from far away. Watch the Radiation storm and Time Remaining timer. Picking up a Lieutenant's Dog Tag Case broadcasts your position, making a quick exfil the safe choice (Lieutenants). What happens when you do not get out: MIA system, Dog Tags.
